Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ARVERP. These terms govern your use of our platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARVERP Technologies Ltd.
By accessing or using ARVERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ARVERP is a cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) SaaS platform offering modules for accounting, HR, inventory, sales, manufacturing, procurement, and reporting. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
You agree not to use ARVERP for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or harvest data, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in ARVERP. We do not claim ownership over your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
ARVERP and its software, branding, design, and content are owned by ARVERP Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARVERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure or third-party service failures.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
